The City of Fort Worth Bioterrorism and Health Emergency Preparedness (BHEP) team needs you!
In the event of a public health emergency, teams from Tarrant County and the City of Fort Worth will set up clinical sites within your neighborhood to respond to the emergency and dispense needed medicine. We will be working with you, our neighborhood partners, to keep this clinic operating.
The BHEP Team will host a community exercise on:
Saturday August 20, 2005 8 A.M. to 12 noon at McClean Middle School (3816 Stadium Drive, Fort Worth)
We invite you to join us as a volunteer participant.
Why Volunteer?
Serving your community during an emergency has its own rewards. Additionally, volunteers and their immediate families will receive medical attention first.
Who Should Volunteer?
We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are interested in aiding their community during a public health crisis. Though we will conduct these events throughout the city, the first exercise will involve citizens living in the following neighborhoods:

Contact us for more information and register as a volunteer. If you live within one of the above mentioned neighborhoods, come to McClean Middle School's campus on Saturday, August 20, at 8:00am. Attend a short training session. Get your free response kit with necessary supplies. Help set up the clinic and participate in a scenario. Go home knowing that will be ready to respond to a public health emergency. Forward this message to your family and friends.
